Via Christus Academy is the heart of our theological training ministry, equipping pastors, deacons, and future leaders for faithful gospel service across Turkey and the Turkic world. Through the Via Christus Academy, participants engage in rigorous theological study and practical ministry training over a three-year journey. Miletus House serves as the physical and spiritual home of the Academy. All of our training sessions take place in this space, where pastors gather three times a year for five days of intensive learning, rest, and renewal. They stay in the guest rooms, share meals, worship, pray, and encourage one another in a setting designed for fellowship and formation. This environment is more than a venue—it’s a place of community and transformation. In a region where many leaders serve in isolation and under pressure, Miletus House provides the refuge and support they need to grow strong in faith, leadership, and perseverance.
